Terms of Service.

  • I have the right to decline your commission if I think I am unable to do it or if I am not comfortable with it.

  • I, the artist, holds every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner.

  • Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to display, post, or use it for promotion unless agreed otherwise.

  • The commissioner is allowed to:

  • Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the copyrighted artwork and claim the right of the character(s) for personal use only.

  • Publish or display the the copyrighted artwork with proper credit given to the artist.

  • The following is considered as copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing the copyrighted artwork for commercial purposed without prior agreement.

  • Taking credits for the creation of the copyrighted artwork.

  • Altering the copyrighted artwork without the artist's consent.

  • Using the copyrighted artwork for AI-generation

  • Using the copyrighted artwork for blockchain-related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future invention in the space.

Payment & Additional Fees.

  • All prices are in USD

  • Commission must be paid FULL upfront for a safe transaction. No refunds.

  • Base price commissions will be for personal use only. The use of commission for monetized content or commercial use will be charged additional cost.

  • Private commission will be charged additional cost

  • Additional fees will be charged if you want me to finish the commission on a specific date.

  • Complex design and commercial use will be charged additional cost.

Commission Process.

  • Please provide clear references and description of the character for accuracy. Additionally, please provide additional details on how you want me to work with your character. (Example: pose, tone, vibe).

  • I will start working on the commission when the payment has been completed.

  • Up to 2-3 revision is allowed. Revision is allowed during sketch phase once and after basic color once. Additional minor revision is allowed on full rendered commission.

  • After the commission is completed, I will send you a digital file (.JPEG / .PNG) of the colored sketch or illustration.

  • Do not rush.

  • Commission will take up to two to three months to be completed. Time may vary depending on complexity, health factors, commission slots, and real-life incidents.
